OXIMAX MA SERIES
The OxiMax MA Series is designed primarily to produce Sodium Hypochlorite from brine. Modular Cell units MA500 (500 g/hr), MA1000 (1000 g/hr) and MA2000 (2000g/hr) are the basic building blocks of these “On Site Hypochlorite Generators”.
The Cells are designed to be used in multiples for outputs of up to 60 kg/hr per assembly. Power Supplies and control systems are matched to the Cells to ensure optimum performance, economy and reliability.
Safety with disinfection systems is very important, and the OxiMax MA system completely eliminates the risks and hazards associated with the transport and storage of liquid (8 – 13%) and gaseous chlorine compounds.

Bulk common salt is supplied to a salt saturator where a 25 – 30 % solution is produced. This solution is diluted to 3% and fed to the Electrochlorination cells where power is applied and a 0.6 – 1.0% hypochlorite solution is produced. This solution flows to a storage tank where the hydrogen is safely vented to atmosphere.
From the storage tank the hypochlorite is dosed to the process using flow and/or chlorine analysis (or ORP) control.
The storage tank is level controlled, allowing the generation system to operate as the storage tank level drops. The system is controlled by a PLC using a touch screen for display and communication.
Remote display of information via modem is available. Water Engineers use many world leading innovative features in our flow systems, electrolysers and power supplies to ensure optimum performance, economy and reliability. |
