OXIMAX MT SERIES

The OxiMax MT Series is a new range of Electrochlorination equipment designed specifically for swimming pools, water features and water treatment applications with volumes up to 4,000,000 litres.

The machines are designed to be efficient, compact, low cost, modular and light weight, allowing wall mounting and simple expansion if required.

The MT Series design incorporates high visibility clear acrylic cell housings with bipolar SC12 coated titanium electrodes mounted on 316 SS frames. A feature of both the MTLS Series and the MTS Series is the high water flow velocities which minimize the need for cleaning and optimize operating efficiencies.

The MTLS Series is designed for low salinity (3 – 6 g/l) swimming pools. Multiple modules of the MTLS70, 140 or 220 can be combined to give outputs from 70 – 2,200 g/hr.

The MTS Series is designed for sea water (30 - 40 g/l) pools. Each module has an output of 325 g/hr chlorine equivalent and up to 10 x MTS325 modules can be combined for an output of 3,250 g/hr (78 kg/day).

The MT Series is well suited to a variety of “on line” water treatment applications.

OXIMAX MS SERIES

The MS Series is a new generation “high velocity” system designed for high efficiency, low maintenance and a self cleaning effect. The high visibility modular Cells are available with outputs from 1.0 – 3.0 kg/hr per Cell.

The MS Series is well suited to sea water cooled power stations, refineries, large resort swimming pools and a range of water treatment applications. Bipolar MMO coated titanium electrodes are used along with 316 Stainless Steel fastenings and frames.

MS Series Cells are ideal as replacements for “older” or “problem” Electrolysers and we are pleased to engineer our equipment to suit existing Power Supplies and flow systems.

Each MS Series Electrochlorinator is individually designed using MS1000 - MS3000 Cells for outputs in the range 5.0 – 75 kg/hr per Electrolyser. PLC control and process display screens are standard with these machines.
