OXIMAX OVERVIEW

Water Engineers has extensive International experience and we have designed, manufactured and maintained our OxiMax range of Electrochlorination Equipment for over 12 years.

We have associations with International Companies to ensure our designs are always at the leading edge of Electrochlorination technology.

MM and MA Series

Our OxiMax MM and MA Series “Off Line” Hypochlorite generators are designed to generate Hypochlorite independently of the process stream. Salt is added to a Saturator Tank and the Hypochlorite produced by the system is transferred to a Storage Tank for dosing into the process. The machines run automatically on demand to keep the Storage Tank full.

Typical applications are treatment of Drinking Water, Wastewater, “Fresh Water” Swimming Pools, and a variety of related water treatment processes.

MT, MC and MS Series

Our OxiMax MT, MC and MS Series “On Line” Electrochlorinators are designed to generate Hypochlorite using the natural salinity of the process water. These machines are often PLC controlled and they are designed for safety, low operating costs and high reliability.

Payback times for these machines are often less than 2 years. Typical applications are “Salt” Swimming Pools, Power Stations, Refineries, Offshore Platforms, Wastewater Treatment Plants and a variety of water treatment processes where the seawater is used, or the water has natural salinity above 500 mg/l.
